Become a SameYou Volunteer

Emilia Clarke survived two life-threatening brain haemorrhages while working on Game of Thrones. The response to Emilia sharing her story and becoming a founder of SameYou has been overwhelming and revealed the huge unmet need worldwide, particularly for mental health services.

By listening to survivors and reflecting on lived experience, we look for real solutions to remedy the inconsistent mental health care across the world - and help to deliver them.

We seed fund innovations in research and therapies; work with partners to deliver education programmes for healthcare professionals and deliver real-time group rehabilitation services to revolutionise care.

But we can't do this alone. We need volunteers, supporters and allies to join SameYou.

If you'd like to join us, register your interest in volunteering for our organisation.

SameYou volunteer Q&A: Lacy

It was a sad day when volunteer Lacy Beisley contacted us to say she was stepping down from her work on Survivor Portraits.

But we’re absolutely delighted that Lacy wants to continue doing an essential role - working on correspondence for SameYou.

We wanted to thank Lacy and highlight her amazing work with a Q&A.

Lacy, from all of us, thank you for being a part of SameYou.
