Join us for SameYou's flagship fundraising challenge as Bike & Hike returns to the beautiful island of Ibiza for its third year.

Bringing together brain injury survivors, families, friends and supporters, Bike & Hike is more than a physical challenge. It's an unforgettable few days of adventure, friendship and fundraising – all while helping SameYou support people rebuilding their lives after brain injury and stroke.

Choose to cycle, hike, or take on one day of each as you explore some of Ibiza's spectacular scenery alongside an incredible community of Team SameYou supporters.

Whether you're looking for a new challenge, joining us in support of someone you love or simply want to make a difference, we'd love to have you with us.

Registration is £95 per person and we ask each participant to commit to raising a minimum of £2,000 for SameYou.
